For over a century Dale Carnegie Training has been improving individual and business performance around the world. The first Dale Carnegie course was taught by Dale Carnegie himself in 1912 at the YMCA in Harlem to over 200 business men! The first Dale Carnegie company store in Central New York opened in 1938 delivering our flagship course in 27 counties. In 1991 the CNY office became a franchise, purchased by Larry Heron whose father John was a very close personal friend and pall bearer for Mr. Carnegie. In 2013 Leslie English purchased the franchise from Larry and is the current owner and president. While the training techniques continue to evolve, the core principles remain true to a single vision, real transformation begins from within. Today we partner with companies in 22 Counties across CNY (Indium, HP Hood, Bartell Machinery, United Radio, SRC, O’Brien & Gere, and Wegmans just to name a few).  Our focus is on workforce training that provides measurable results and business impact.  We pride ourselves on being the best professional development company.  Our goal is to empower our clients to outpace their competition through their people time and time again.

“The Dale Carnegie team and experience opened my eyes to the growth that can occur.  I walked in ready and willing to remove all boundaries and explore uncomfortable behaviors and found the end result so liberating.
