We are proud to present the world’s most elite group of facilitators. Dale Carnegie Instructors begin their journey with a genuine desire to help people succeed. In order to offer college accredited programs, our instructor candidates must first possess a 4 year degree or higher and have a minimum of 5 years management and business experience.
Candidates then embark upon 500+ hours of training prior to receiving their Instructor Certification through Dale Carnegie Training Global. This intensive process is required globally in order for an individual to independently teach any Dale Carnegie Course or workshop. What this means to our customers is that they receive the quality, consistency and results regardless of where in the world their employees participate in a Dale Carnegie program.

Jeffrey Goldstein has been a Dale Carnegie® instructor for 29 years! Teaching is ingrained in Jeff. He is a retired social studies teacher with the Lafayette School District. Jeff has personally trained and coached countless participants and also mentored many instructors. Jeff enjoys helping people develop and empower themselves by encouraging them to learn new and relevant skills. He says "Dale Carnegie enables the participants to gain confidence by stretching themselves to leave their comfort zone. The development we see from the first session to the last one is phenomenal!"
Diana serves as the Director of Professional Development for Dale Carnegie Training of CNY. She joined the company in February 2009. Diana has received several awards with Dale Carnegie and was a Silver Award Recipient for four consecutive years (2009 – 2013) and again in 2015 and 2016. This award is given for Top Sales Growth and consistent independent production of over $300,000.00. Diana was recognized at the 2016 CNY Sales and Marketing Executives Crystal Ball Awards Ceremony and received a Sales & Marketing Excellence Award for her contributions to the growth of the Dale Carnegie of CNY franchise.
Prior to joining Dale Carnegie, Diana was employed as the Learning and Development Manager at Hand Held Products (now known as Honeywell) for seven years. Prior to that, she worked at Welch Allyn for 13 years in sales, international sales, customer service and medical contracts.
Diana has delivered programs for numerous local organizations throughout Central New York. She is Past President of the Board of Directors for the CNY Chapter of American Society of Training and Development. She currently serves as the Executive Chair for the Board of Directors at CNY Works, and is a member of CNY SHRM as well as CNY Sales & Marketing Executives.
Diana makes her home in Baldwinsville, NY with her husband Mark. Her 26-year old twins, Amanda & Zachary recently graduated and are now pursuing their professional careers.
Rory Mcmahon is a Syracuse city court judge. He was elected to a 10 year term in 2011. Past experiences include being the commissioner of aviation at Hancock International Airport and heading the city of Syracuse's Corporation Counsel where he supervised a staff of thirty people. Rory studied law at Syracuse University and received his bachelors degree from the State University of NY at Plattsburg. He has served as President of the McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Center and also received the citizen of the year award in 1997. Rory has been a Dale Carnegie® instructor since 2014.
